Make my treadmill workouts less boring

One of the main disadvantages of the treadmill workouts is the fact that these can become very boring, May people quit training on a treadmill because of these. So here are some tips to make your treadmill workouts less boring:

  1. Do various exercises. Don’t just do the same old workout. Try something new like walking backwards or with a high incline.
  1. Play some good upbeat music. I suggest getting an mp3 player if you don't already have one.
  1. put the treadmill in fron of the window
  1. Put the tv in front of the treadmill
  1. Workout with a fried so you have someone to talk.
